Precis
With a foreword by David Jamieson this document set out the policies of the DfT in 2005 “to ‘mainstream’ motorcycling, so that all the organisations involved in the development and implementation of transport policy recognise motorcycling as a legitimate and increasingly popular mode of transport.“
